Parramatta Trade Supplies' quotes are built from a price list that changes often, and getting a quote out the door meant someone manually cross-referencing prices, formatting a document, and chasing internal sign-off — often taking the better part of a day per quote.

What we built

• An AI assistant that reads incoming quote requests and pulls current pricing straight from the live price list
• Auto-formatted quote drafts ready for a human sign-off instead of a build-from-scratch document
• A sign-off workflow that routes to the right approver based on order size, with reminders if it stalls
• A running log of quotes sent vs. won, so the team can see conversion without a spreadsheet

The result

Quote turnaround went from multiple days to same-day in almost every case, and the team stopped losing quotes to slow follow-up on time-sensitive jobs.
